- Advising generally on all aspects of IP law including establishing and maintaining corporate IP portfolios;
- All aspects of Trade Mark application and registrations with IP Australia;
- Negotiating, drafting and advising on the licencing and assignment of IP, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements and Franchise Agreements;
- General advice and protection of copyright, trademarks and patents in conjunction with brand strategy and preservation of goodwill; and
- Advising on IP disputes including initiating on IP infringements and defending IP claims.
