Benjamin graduated from Deakin University having achieved a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and has completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law in June 2016.
He practices primarily in corporate and commercial law (including a specialising in corporate recoveries, litigation and insolvency) and advises both private and corporate clients on:
- litigation and enforcement proceedings in all Australian jurisdictions;
- commercial agreements and contractual disputes;
- bankruptcy and winding up applications;
- negotiated settlements;
- attendances at Pre-Hearing Conferences, Mediations and Court proceedings;
- property transactions and commercial lease;
- drafting, reviewing and advising on contractual terms and conditions; and
- maintenance of company registers and company regulatory compliance under the corporations Act 2001 (cth).
Benjamin brings a unique perspective and approach to his work having previously worked in both the government sector and at the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal.
