- Negotiating, drafting and advising on property and development sales and purchases;
- Advising on general property matters including caveats, transfers of lease, disclosure statements and easements;
- Commercial leasing, including all aspects of retail and commercial leasing; and
- Advising retail and commercial landlords and tenants of their rights and obligations under a Lease and pursuant to the Retail Leases Act 2003.
